A love for decorating, style and interior design has brought Katherine full circle.  As the lead designer and stager, she loves her partnership with The Gracie Group due to its collaborative environment that allows clients to fully benefit from a positive experience in preparing and decorating their home to achieve the BEST outcome possible.

With a teaching background, a desire to help people and having a caring touch; staging homes has given Katherine the opportunity to fulfill her lifelong dream of combining these passions together.

Created Space’s beliefs are simple;  help clients see the full potential of their home by bringing them to market with the best presentation possible.  Once they open a new chapter in their forever homes, she can provide tips, advice, consultation and hands on decor help as they create the vision they dream of.
