Tenanted Homes
Listing a home with current tenants can present unique challenges, as we respect the personal space of our residents. In some cases, tenants may prefer not to declutter or have their living areas photographed. The photos below illustrate a listing captured during a tenants stay, where cooperation for the photoshoot was limited. After the tenant had moved out, we relisted and staged the home, resulting in a remarkable transformation. We appreciate the understanding and flexibility of our tenants throughout this process.
